Never let it rest

“Good, better, best. Never let it rest. Until your good is better and your better is best.” Before taking the floor, the MVHS color guard team chants in unison to the familiar words.

Color guard, called a sport of the arts, combines dance with equipment, including flags, rifles and sabers. From the 2015-2016 revamp of the program and formation of a team with members completely foreign to the sport, to their first field show in 2017, the MVHS color guard have become champions in their division in just four years.
